Situated 5 km from Istres on the road to Miramas, Domaine de Sulauze is a private estate set in a green setting between vineyards and garrigue, stretching over 650 ha to the Etang de l’Olivier.
It includes a section dedicated to the breeding of fighting bulls and the cultivation of Crau hay, as well as a wine-growing section producing AOC Côteaux d’Aix wine and, more recently, a brewery.
