1. Le Relays du Chasteau
Address: D54

The only hotel in the village is also the only restaurant in Brousse-le-Château itself. And that’s not a bad thing, because the food here is good, if not excellent. Chef Philippe Sénégas and his wife Sybile offer traditional Aveyron and regional cuisine.
Depending on the season and the week’s arrivals, you’ll be able to sample local charcuterie, tripoux, lamb sweetbreads, foie gras… and much more besides. What’s more, Sybile doesn’t hesitate to put forward delicious regional wines.
A la carte and menu prices remain very reasonable. The menu costs €28 (starter/main course/cheese/dessert), while à la carte prices range from €11 to €14.60. A really good place to eat in Brousse-le-Château at reasonable prices.

As far as the menu is concerned, each day, depending on the season, the unique €14 menu offers two starters, two main courses and two desserts, as well as a cheese platter.
