Skyr is a product of Icelandic origin that you can find in the supermarket! It’s the lightest dairy product on the market, as it contains 0% fat!
Skyr is also an excellent source of protein, is low in fat and contains fewer calories than most yogurts.
On average, a 100-gram portion of skyr contains between 60 and 80 calories. An excellent slimming ally!

Plain yogurt
The lowest-calorie yogurts are generally those that are low in fat and sugar.
A fat-free plain yoghurt contains on average around 50-70 calories per 100 grams, while a whole plain yoghurt contains around 70-100 calories for the same amount.
Plain yogurt is very low in calories! It contains only 1% fat! So don’t deprive yourself!
Choose 0% fat plain yoghurt and add fresh fruit: it’s a much healthier option than fruit yoghurts!
Cottage cheese
Cottage cheese is a low-calorie, high-protein fresh dairy product. It contains no more than 3% fat!
On average, a 100-gram portion of fromage frais contains between 50 and 60 calories.
Note that flavoured yoghurts may contain more sugar and therefore be higher in calories!
