Like most of our guests, we were speechless as we strolled through the 20-hectare flower gardens. They are home to over 100,000 multicolored roses, which contrast with the Atlas Mountains in the background. The resort uses this green space to grow its own organic vegetable garden and aromatic herbs. What’s more, disposable plastics are virtually absent from the establishment: a real plus point and an initiative to be applauded.

Slightly eccentric from the medina, this eco-responsible hotel in Marrakech is a true haven of peace.
