Voici la recette de la boisson anti-fatigue à adopter cet hiver !

Instead of consuming industrial energy drinks that are not without health risks, why not opt for natural anti-fatigue drinks?

We’ll show you the main natural energy drinks and give you a recipe for a special « energy boost » natural drink…

Natural anti-fatigue drinks

There are several types of natural beverage whose hyperstimulant effects help combat fatigue. Here are the main ones:

The café

The most widely consumed beverage in the world after water, coffee contains caffeine, a psychostimulant molecule that helps reduce feelings of fatigue.

The tea

Tea also contains theine, which is the same molecule as caffeine. Its action is different from that of coffee, as the tannins release the molecule gradually. In other words, its stimulating action is smoother and longer-lasting than coffee’s.

Mate

A widespread beverage in South America, particularly Argentina, mate is prepared by infusing yerba mate leaves. These contain less caffeine than coffee, but more than tea.

Rich in minerals and vitamins, mate is a natural beverage that provides constant energy throughout the day.

Homemade fruit/vegetable juices

Renowned for its ability to combat fatigue, particularly during winter viruses, vitamin C is perfect for giving yourself a boost.

To reap its benefits, there’s nothing like fresh juices from vitamin C-rich fruits and vegetables (such as citrus fruits, red berries…).

A natural drink recipe to fight fatigue

Would you like to make a change and swap coffee and tea for another natural anti-fatigue drink? If so, the ideal solution is to make a homemade juice from a beverage rich in polyphenols and vitamin C.

You can also add ginger, renowned for its invigorating and stimulating effect, and whose micronutrients help boost the immune system.

Here’s a recipe for a natural « kick-start » drink to combat winter fatigue!
