Electronic devices
The presence of electronic devices in the bedroom is synonymous with sleep disorders ! The blue light emitted by electronic devices jeopardizes the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone!

Eat just before bedtime
Food and sleep have a complex relationship. « Eating at night can therefore have varying effects on how quickly we fall asleep, the quality of our sleep and how we feel in the morning, » explains the Sleep Foundation.
Experts don’t recommend large meals before bedtime, as eating a heavy meal close to sleep can affect digestion and sleep quality. In fact, eating too much close to bedtime can lead to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or heartburn.
« Less is more when it comes to bedtime snacks, » says sleep physician Dr. Abhinav Singh.
The clocks
Many people think that clocks in the bedroom are practical and useful, but the opposite is true if you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep!
