Ginger infusion
Ginger, often considered a miracle remedy for a multitude of ailments, also proves to be an ally of choice when it comes to digestive problems!
Famous for its anti-nausea properties, ginger can also be beneficial in cases of sour stomach, helping to alleviate the feeling of heaviness after a hearty meal.
To consume it, you have two options: either opt for a ready-to-use infusion available in stores and mix it with hot water, or prepare your own homemade infusion by cutting slices of ginger and boiling them in a pan of water.

Mint infusion
