Located on the southern tip of the Gulf of Valino, Campomoro is at the heart of a Natura 2000 site. As a result, the town has only a small fishing port. Yachtsmen, on the other hand, are invited to anchor offshore, outside the 300-meter marine farm zone along the coast.

There are no mooring buoys or pleasure docks. Mooring is by anchor, in places with a sandy or grassy seabed of up to 30 meters.

Campomoro, on the other hand, enjoys mild weather conditions, except in north-westerly winds. It’s advisable to anchor at the foot of the fortified Genoese tower to be sheltered from south and southeast winds.

It is possible to use the pontoon reserved for fishermen, for passenger drop-off only. This is located behind the fish farm and marine farm.
