Nausea,that unpleasant feeling of being sick to the stomach , of feeling the urge to vomit, is an experience that everyone has experienced and may still feel from time to time.

Ginger

As a general rule, protein-rich foods are highly recommended in cases of nausea: turkey, chicken breast, egg.

In addition, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews or pecans, as well as dried fruits, may also provide relief for nausea sufferers.
